Brigitte’s Brushes is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just send it to the BrigittesBrushes.com Returns Center for a refund.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the Date on the order receipt to receive a refund to the payment method used on BrigittesBrushes.com.
- Original shipping charges are refunded.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping expenses are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- BrigittesBrushes.com cannot issue refunds for products that have been used, unless the products in question are clearly defective.
- Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund to the payment method used on BrigittesBrushes.com. A Brigitte’s Brushes store credit will be issued on a return not accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
- All damages/shortages MUST be reported to Brigitte’s Brushes within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.

Re-carton the products you are returning along with any applicable free gifts, your original email order confirmation, and your pack slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase.

Brigitte’s Brushes does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Brigitte’s Brushes will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
